Dale Bellitto is an attorney in Long & Levit's professional liability and employment practice groups. She is dedicated to providing effective and creative legal representation to clients, who include lawyers, design professionals, and various employers.

Ms. Bellitto's legal career has primarily been litigation-focused. Prior to joining Long & Levit, Ms. Bellitto practiced political law and represented officeholders, candidates, and political action committees. She handled many cases related to ballot access laws, new political party qualification, and COVID-19's impact on the election process. She also litigated labor law matters -- specifically, she successfully defended employers against alleged wage and hour violations.

Ms. Bellitto has experience representing individuals before various tribunals, ranging from administrative agencies to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
